| Event Description | We will be hosting a Texas Hold'em Poker Tournament with Rockford Charitable Games Association. https://rcgpoker.com Potential shifts below. We'd like 2 people present the entire time, but only 1 is required. We can split the time however we want. 12:30 PM - 4:00 PM 4:00 PM - 7:30 PM 7:30 PM - 11:00 PM 11:00 PM - 2:00 AM Someone working the first shift will have to arrive by 12:15 with forms and a check from Charlie. The eKiwanis is the operator of the event, the others present are consultants. As such, we have to be present at all times. We can sell chips when people come in and cash them out when they leave. Or we can just be there. Rockford Charity does the majority of the work, we are just there to be the hosting charity. |
